I didn't win a certain big part of my body but as a male, I'm bloody proud of it and damn glad I've got it, as have the women who have known me.

Just because you didn't "win" certain attributes about yourself certainly doesn't mean you can't be proud of or happy with them.
I didn't win my lovely deep baritone singing voice either but I'm damn proud of it and it brings many many people joy.
There are a ton of things I like about myself, some of which are because I've got AS. Your logic is flawed.
