I love food so much its hard for me to offer a favourite but if pushed for an answer I'd say either Chicken Madras or Tikka Masala with Pilau Rice and a Garlic Naan bread.

Delivered from the Indian restaurant If I'm being extravagant.

Right up there is Japanese food, especially Teriyaka and ngiri.
