I havnt seen these here, but the extra goodness from added extra hops and malt, sounds like a good healthy option

that's the only brand in the list that i have tried. there are a lot of microbreweries that make it that are perhaps too small to be well known. my favourite is 100 IBUs, and the brewery doesn't overcompensate by adding too much extra sugar. i've also now expanded to enjoying barleywine, though it does go straight to my head.

speaking of the other medicine you mentioned, weed makes my head get too messed up, but i thoroughly enjoy people's company when they have partaken (and they relate to me better like that, too).

I take Buspar for anxiety, Celexa for depression and Ritalin for ADHD. I hate taking meds and really wish that I didn't have to take any meds.:( I have NOT got my meds refilled since April 6th. :( I have been out of my anti-depressants and my morning ADHD meds for over a month now and I have NOT been doing well. :( I still have some of my other meds left because I haven't been taking my meds consistently.

10mg of Ritalin for ADHD but it helps with some autistic issues. I talk more, have less meltdowns and can transition from one thing to another without as much distress.
I wouldn't want to be on anymore medication because I always pick up the worst side effects, that's why I'm on such a low dose of Ritalin.

That's what I like about Concerta. It helps me deal with some symptoms of autism (for instance, changes in routine while lowering my sensitivity to sound). Otherwise I'd probably have meltdowns frequently. And then I'd be very embarrassed.

About 10 years ago I was diagnosed with anxiety disorders and prescribed Paxil. It didn't help the anxiety (although did curiously seem to alleviate symptoms of OCD) but was disastrous when I went off it. These days, this is pretty much what I take:

I try my best to live a healthy active lifestyle and eat properly. I do keep Kava-Kava root extract around for panic/anxiety attacks, although I don't frequently have to use it.

Not always, but I think that in many cases, pharmaceutical consumption becomes a "cure is worse than the disease" situation.

I'm on welbutrin for the depression and anxiety. I'm liking it so far, it's way better than the effexor I tried in the past. That made me leery of ever trying meds again, but I wish I had been on the welbutrin all along, and I have a very low dose, {75mg} because I told the doc I don't need high doses of things, and thankfully he listened

*edited to be specific about dose

I take Wellbutrin 150mg for anxiety/depression.
SSRI are horrible, I tried them before but I'll never take them back. The anhedonia (lack of emotions) and sexual side effects are horrible. I have no visible side effects from Wellbutrin.

I also take low dose Selegiline (Dopamine booster) without prescription. I love dopamine...

I am currently taking Celexa for Anxiety and Concerta for ADD. The Celexa has been helping me keep my anxiety down and I have only needed to make one adjust with my dosage since I started taking it in 2005. The Concerta helps me be able to focus and concentrate on my daily tasks.

I take Celexa for my anxiety disorder and the mood swings associated with it. It's been a huge help...I had significantly more anxiety before I started taking it. I also take a B vitamin pill daily (recommended by my mom) which assists with my energy and stress levels.

My diagnoses - social anxiety disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder.

I’m no longer involved with the ASD world.

I was given clonazepam when the doctors thought I had an anxiety disorder, well I did but it was mostly because of sensory issues. Also I take gabapentin for mood and I take adderall for focus but it just makes me stimmed out and I don't like that too much. I take kratom as needed also and I find that it helps. I might talk to my doctor about Namenda because I've read that NMDA antagonists are good for the type of problems I get having an ASD.
