Judging Age

Judging age can be really hard. In general, I tend to think kids are younger than they are, and adults older than they are, and some people could be anything between 20 and 60, plus/minus a few years.

Yeah i'm pretty bad at it so I personally don't bother to ask. In general though, I think everyone looks younger than they are, most people I can't believe they're like 40 or so, though studies indicate this is partly due to diet and stuff. I can't remember where I referenced this from, I recall it has to do with diet, GMO etc..
