I wish I could be born a thousand years in the future. It almost seems as if I belong to a more intelligent and technologically advanced race, hopefully by then humanity would be something like that. But, I'm not totally sure about that. As time goes on, problems get solved. In a thousand years, if hyperspace travel has already been invented, then what the heck am I going to do with my life?

I think the 1920s would have been an interesting time for me to have lived in. That was the golden age of roller coasters and amusement parks in the USA. I would have become involved in the roller coaster and amusement park industry. There were also some wicked wooden roller coasters of that age that I would have loved to have ridden. Some of those rides cannot be built today because they were too severe.

I would want to live at a point in time in the future where we could travel from one galaxy to another using technology that made it possible to do so without it taking light years. Then I would spend my life just exploring the universe.

Of course if that time never came I would say Now is as good of time as any.

Sometimes I just wish I'd never been born at all. I'm not sure if the past would be better(less pollution), or maybe the future, where there would be robots, and perhaps less people.

Now is the moment.

The past was a brutal and unforgiving place; short lives of endless toil for a meagre existence.

The future looks bleak, with population growth likely to cause conflict and misery for the human race.

Grim. very grim. Well presented though. Personally I think we have a lot of future in us yet.
