Me too. The emotions we cannot express naturally through body language are kept latent in our eyes, making them sparkle with the life that, unable to burst outside in waves, gleams in our irises in little aspie sparks. The sparks of those who're different. The sparks of Asperger.

My mom has always said that you can tell I am autistic in my early childhood photos because I have this "look" in my eyes.

Well maybe is it true that the MMR vaccination does cause Autism then, since I don't seem to have any of these physical features on my face. So I was probably born normal, then had this stupid injection and which f****d my brain up, so my brain is only Autistic but my body ain't.

If I didn't know any better, I would have thought this was a confident NT boy with a cocky personality. And that is my honest opinion, and my NT brother said that too. Or is it a confident NT person?

Ya probably a little confident and cocky at times, BUT I am almost positive that I'm not a NT. This isn't the first time I've had to defend myself on this subject too. The few friends and family I've told about my suspicions about having AS, say I'm full of crap. The think I'm looking for excuses to get out of my responsibilities. I think you can look and act somewhat NT while still being an aspie. After all, aspergers got nothing to do physical characteristics and everything to what happens inside my head.

My what a big eye there.

"Let me me see them big brown eyes!"

Something I heard while growing up.

Even from the local neighborhood pervert Peeping Tom

There us something of this idea of eyes ( large) and ADHD too, from what I gather on the web.

I am new to the group and my eyes just change colors but I would not mind meeting some one new.

hmm... I never noticed it, but I guess my eyes really do look very similar even when I make different faces.
Granted, I have no idea if I'm actually on the spectrum, so take this with a grain of salt.

I hated my eyes when I was a kid. I have Asian heritage way the heck back, but no one in my immediate family other than me inherited any discernible features. Now I like them though. They make me look about 10 years younger than I really am :)

What do you mean with "aspie stare"? Could you describe it?

one of my eyes sits slightly out to the side. I have deep dark brown eyes that turn black when my aspie rage comes out (im a girl who has aspie rage, used to be as bad as a male aspies).
anyways, my eyes always seam joyful i think but i do know other people on the spectrum (all aspies unfortuantly i dont know any autistics), who have really big eyes. My friend "Kail" has big eyes. I find them beautiful to look at and they change colour. Also i have noticed a lot of aspies like myself have to wear glasses.....
or is that just an observation ive made?
