When I was on prozac it made me more anxious after the first few weeks and caused some other nasty effects, but there might have been other factors that contributed to my experiance. Just keep an eye on that though especially if he says it's not helping. It might seem to help with a couple symptoms but it can sometimes cause other worse things.
