I toss on a outfit I feel like wearing, if I am not already wearing it, make sure I have everything in my bag, and than wait for the bus...

It rakes me... 5 minutes. the other 2 hours is me trying to wake up before school starts...

When I was in high school, I would take hour long showers. Really into making sure the soap was thoroughly rinsed off. Also would buy new soap, combs, shampoo, toothbrushes not trusting the ones in the bathroom. (yes, I know this sounds strange)

There were family issues going on at the time. So, one thing, realizing health issues are somewhat of a barometer of family issues or social issues.

And also, studying zen, trying to merely being open to accepting imperfection. And also business principles such as the 80-20 rule. In many activities, the first 80% of the benefit is obtained by the first 20% of the effort. etc.

I am lucky that I have a flexible work schedule, it takes me anywhere from about 15 minutes to 2 hours, depending on what I did the night before, how my morning starts, if my GF was frustrated or angry with me when she left, etc. Whether I shower or not, or eat breakfast before I leave only add 5-10 minutes each, but if I am having a stressful morning I tend to get distracted and zone out on the internet or watching tv or playing with my pets. I take busy buses to work, so I sometimes need that time to calm down before I get into that mess.

It takes me anywhere from about 40 minutes to an hour to be out the front door. I take the longest when I'm getting ready for work, because I have to make sure I look presentable and professional.
