Maybe there should be a Restricted & Repetitive Disorder too. Are there people who fit the RRB criteria without fitting the social criteria?

Obsessive compulsive disorder, obsessive compulsive personality disorder, and stereotypic movement disorder all have elements of the restricted/repetitive area minus the social area. Depending on which criteria they have, they'd likely fit one or more of those - unless they have the intense interests only, in which case they're just a geek. :)

Doesn't OCD require an anxiety element that the RRB in autism typically lacks?
