Do certian clothes irritate you

I can't stand jeans. I never could. I know I wore them as a little kid, but I was never really comfortable in them. I just don'd like the fabric. I hate wearing tight clothing, and I hate turtlenecks. IN the event that I'm actually required to wear at tie somewhere, it drives me crazy. It feels like some really weak guy is choking me at all times. And in all honesty, I'm really comfortable being completely naked. The less clothes I can wear, the more comfortable I generally feel.

I love really baggy clothes. I hate stuff with big stitching that rubs on the interior of the shirt and especially neck tags, silk clothing is out. As is anything with a high threadcount. I have a pair of hemp trousers no less that 2 sizes too big for me that I have worn so much I actually had to put a patch on them. Hemp is godly.

My skin is very easily irritated and I can't always predict what's going to do it to me. Loose cotton clothes are generally the best and I've had a preference for them most of my life. Even so, certain detergents will get me good when I'm least expecting it. Uniforms too ... most of the ones I've worn have some sort of polyester or wool and they can and do cause minor rashes. Like a couple of others have mentioned, no clothes is ideal but not really practical to everyday life.

Some, many actually that I own, do, and some don't. I will tolerate some of them bothering me for some reasons, and at other times I cannot stand anything except my green sweat pants and my white v neck t shirt. Other times I'll wear tight clothes, clothes I have to sit a certain way in, clothes that are itchy, clothes with tags, pants that go up my butt, pants that I can notice my belly in if I don't suck it in, sleeves that get in the way, heels that are 3 inches high, jewelry that catches on everything etc. It just depends on my mood.

I also have a tone of problems with new shoes. One reason is I have trouble (Stll??! !) with laces. But new shoes are also stiff. I like my shoes comfortably "sprung" and broken in. Anything else drives me up the freaking walls!

Hats have always bothered me, especially when my hair isn't short. Shirts with collars aren't my favorite either. I prefer regular, loose-fitting shirts. I don't like hoodies with hoods that don't stay off my neck or that are too tight around my neck, almost as if they were a collar. I don't mind jeans too much as long as they're not too tight.

I found a pair of trousers and a jumper that were so comfortable that I bought two more of each! I have three sets of the same clothes so everyone probably thinks I wear the same thing all the time. I prefer wearing the same clothes thogh because I know that they look good on me (apparently...) and I know that I will be comfortable. There is no point in having millions of different clothes that I can't tolerate wearing!

Someone told me, btw, that alpaca wool is hypoallergenic.

There is actually a disorder called sensory processing which a lot of people that have aspergers are also diagnosed with (me being one of them). basically clothes bother you, tags, seams, socks, shoes, loud sounds, textures of foods, being kissed on the cheek or light touches. most of you will probably be aware of it. it's worth looking into if you haven't hear of it. there are a lot of other symptoms but those listed are the main ones i can think of.
