Don't "look" like an aspie
Hair and eye colour does not have anything to do with Autism. I've met people with ASDs in person, online, and in documentaries, and they look like their hair colour is to do with their genes.
I come from a ''fair'' family. My dad was ginger when he was a child (now he's gone a brownish colour), and his siblings and their children are all blonde-haired and fair-skinned, so that is where I get my looks from. I don't have my dad's colour hair, I have his (NT) sisters and my (NT) cousin's colour hair. So I don't believe hair colour has anything to do with ASD. It's so annoying when people think it is, because it is not.
Anyway, I can tell this sort of stuff is invented by online members off the top of their head or according to their own selves, because I've seen various threads where this sort of thing changes. So one thread discusses ''is it common in Aspies to have blonde hair and blue eyes?'' and everyone agrees, then a few months to a year later another thread springs up discussing ''is it common in Aspies to have blonde hair and brown eyes?'' and everyone agrees. Then a few months later another thread springs up discussing ''is it common in Aspies to have dark hair and green eyes?'' It just goes on like that. So I don't buy any of it, and just know that an Aspie's look comes from genes, just like the general population.
If you want to discuss a certain group of people that have hair colour and eye colour in common, then Albino's are a more feasible topic to discuss this about (very light hair and purple-ish eyes). And no, Aspies are not more likely to be born an Albino, in case that's giving somebody here an idea of a thread to create next...
