I found my complete 1st grade report card, not just those excerpts my mother remembered from all the report cards of elementary school.

The new student coming from a new school (because I had to change school in December in 1st grade) has adapted to the new environment. She doesn't display many hostile feelings towards classmates or teachers.

chlov comes across as a little shy and introverted at first. She appears quite reserved in communication.

chlov shows a certain tendency towards self-isolation and introversion. During the break, she often sits in a chair, observing her classmates while they play, but may accept a classmate's suggestion to play with her.

chlov usually takes part in group discussions, but often expresses her thoughts at the wrong moment, interrupting other kids or teachers. She shows some trouble in communication, and sometimes stops talking in the middle of a sentence, as if she had to think about what to say next.

chlov reaches high results in the subjects she likes the most, but has trouble with other subjects. She often deepens on her own with readings or reasearches the topics she shows interest in.

chlov hasn't got much sense of direction, and often gets lost in school if not accompanied by a teacher or a classmate.

chlov has issues with both fine and gross motor skills. She can't hold a pencil or a fork correctly, and has problems with her handwriting. She doesn't take part in group sports or does reluctantly.

chlov is quite messy and often loses or forgets pens, pencils, or jackets. Her desk is covered with lots of paper and books and has some issues getting organized and paying attention, unless the class is discussing a topic she has interest in.

chlov sometimes forgets to do her homework.

chlov sometimes squirms in her seat, fidgets or produces squeals with her throath.

chlov may have some anger outbursts or temper trantums sometimes, and when this happens she usually runs out of the classroom and hides in the toilette. She doesn't get back unless a teacher goes to get her back.

chlov is willing to engage in group work only with a handful of classmates she knows better, and prefers working on her own. She has a tendency to ignore her classmates, exept those she knows better and likes the most.

chlov's overall performance is a avarage; she appears truly motivated to learning only in those subjects she has interest in, but scores below-avarage or just avarage in those other subjects she is not interested in and has more difficulties in.

That from 2nd grade was pretty much like this one, exept that they wrote that I had begun to get a little better with organization and in those from 3rd grade to 5th grade they wrote that I had begun to act with more hostility, my temper trantums had gotten more frequent and I had started to forget doing homework even more, but that I also was able to make 2 friend in 4th grade.

Now I'm curious too!

I just watched a home video for a little VHS-DVD conversion project I'm working on for my parents' Christmas present... During my preschool graduation, my behavior was reframed and I was praised for my "Independence" and my "Ability to always be my own person."

Some one else mentioned that they were called out for staring at/tattling on others. "NEtikiman, who do we worry about..." was something I heard from my Kindergarten teacher almost daily. That and being rotely taught how to greet people... "Hi NEtikiman, how are you?" "Fine thanks, how are you?"

My mother kept everyone one of my report cards. Here are some comments from elementary school.

"Is a very quiet child who mixes easier on a one to one basis than in a group"
"He is so meticulous that he does have problems finishing his work."
"Understands perfectly what I want, it just has not seemed important to him."
"He is a quiet conscientious worker."
"Oral Expression: does not participate"
"Is not completing homework or classroom assignments."
"Became more verbal as the year progressed."
"Is very knowledgeable in math but tends to be careless."
"Did not appear to be working to his ability, rather slow in completing work."

Being quiet and not finishing my work was on just about every one of my report cards. One teacher even said she was ecstatic that I was beginning to talk more.

Every report card had the lowest score of Needs Improvement checked of under class parcipretation/discussion with rapidroy is encouraged and needs to contribute in all of the comments boxes. PE was always he trys his best(code for he is bad at PE) thats most of what I remember, most of the good material was said directly to my parents.

Edit, I found my first term Grade 2 first term report card, I had a good teacher that year unlike the year before, here are some points form that card.
-Reluctant participant, it is hard to assess true reading abillity.
-Seldom chooses to participate during oral actitvites, however when called apon often provides correct anwser.
-Will be working on developing more positive attitude.
-Is a quite observer, I encourge him to be a more active participant.
-Listens but doesn't participate in music actitives
-Was an audeance for class plays performed by groups of his peers.
-Does not particpate in physical actitives.
-Will not join in co-operative games or partner actitives.

-Overall I appearently had strong verbal reasoning and commucation skills, capible of using them in a productive mannor yet will often choose to use them in argument to avoid participating in learning tasks(I think this should read like this, he is decently inteligent, has an advanced vocabulary for his age and likes to monolouge when intrested in something, argues to avoid group work becouse of fear and has no social skills so fights are almost a given, is a perfectionist and won't do things if he is not good at them, becomes bored easily if topic is not of intrest).

Most marks are Cs and Ds yet meny other comments indicate that I was a good learner, very detailed etc. The next term got a little better with independant actitives helping that.
