I wouldn't say I fear visitors, just strongly dislike them most of the time, unless its a friend of mine or someone I know well. When visitors come in I will usually stay in my room and avoid going out as it feels awkward and I dislike the general chit chat you normally have with these guests you probably won't talk to or see for a long time afterwords. Just feels like a waste of time to me.

I intensely dislike visitors. If I can get away with it I've been known to not answer the door for an unexpected visitor. My home is my sanctuary from the outside world. It's about needing to have control over my environment, plus I'm an extremely private person. Visitors feel like the outside world is intruding into my safe place and it causes me high levels of anxiety. I even feel uncomfortable having friends over.

I can't stand visitors. I'm okay with food delivery, but that's about the extent of it. If I haven't directly invited you, then stay the hellaway from my place.

Oh my god. My parents said I hated visitors when I was a baby, especially when the visitors came in unannounced. They said that used to drive me crazy and I would fuss pretty much nonstop until the visitors left. I always behaved better when they gave me at least twenty-four hours' notice when someone was coming. And it's been like this since I was six months old!

But the good news is, I have gotten better with handling visitors. My parents still have to give me the twenty-four hours' notice before someone comes, though.

It is work. & that's the core of it. I got a job here when job options elsewhere seemed impossible.

Yes,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,I hate it when there's a knock at the door or the phone rings.

I don't know why; I just do.
