The darker, the better. This is not only because of AS but I have light-blue eyes and they're sensitive to light. It's one of the things my NT wifey and I disagree about.

Maybe that is why I'm so sensitive to light, including flourescent lights. My computer screen bothers my eyes at times too. I also have light blue eyes as well.

Aspergers/autsim and sensory issues go hand in hand. Having blue eyes may make typical blue eyes more sensitive - but even those people can handle the blinds open/computer monitors. Sensory issues in aspergers is my bet that makes you unable to handle the blinds open. You are not a blue eyed NT - You are a blue eyed aspie/autistic. Usually makes you ++ on anything.

So yes, blue eyed people have sensitive eyes. Being an aspie will cause ++ sensitive. For instance = fights with a NT over closed blinds. Been there. Done that.

Just my two cents there :)

During the day, yes. Night? No. I get so paranoid at night when the curtains have any opening. I'm also sensitive to light.

I only hate it if the windows are closed, but that's mainly because our windows get so yucked up with smoking residue it makes the light coming in yellow. ):

depending on the circumstances, my dad does and I do. With my dad it's a "I don't want people on the street looking in here" thing.
