Guilty!
I just say "meh, I'll eat later, let me finish this" and even some times I'm like "I just don't feel like having lunch" if I'm feeling down at the moment. If it wasn't for milk I'd probably undernourish myself

Pretty much everyday for me, some days I forget to eat completely. Quite frankly I'm not fond of the necessity of food in the least bit. At the very least I wouldn't mind consuming something far more efficient. Hell if I could I wouldn't mind living off blood, blood does after all contain all the nutrients one needs in their already processed forms. If only there wasn't the issue with disease transmission through blood, as well as our stomach's inability to handle blood.

I've been like that lately. I eat in the mornings and a little here and there. That's it. I've been eating 1-2 meals a day.

Does anyone else do this? I'm 18, and I just forget that I need to eat to the point that the only thing that reminds me to eat is stomach cramps. I rarely eat more than one meal a day, and I usually eat that meal because my partner is having dinner, which reminds me to have dinner.

Does anyone else have this?

I had this exact problem when I was growing up. Sometimes I didn't recognize the feeling of being hungry. I was a very skinny child. After I turned 18 and had more say over what I was allowed to eat and how much I was allowed to eat it kind of went away. I learned to appreciate food more.

When I was a kid, we would often eat in shifts in the summer time to keep the tractors or other farm equipment running. I was always the last to eat -- 3 pm was about right because by then things were pretty quiet while I ate.

When I was growing up and driving a tractor all day six days a week in the summer, I would rarely take so much as a sip of water sitting out in the sun. As long as I had a water jug or water bottle handy, I didn't need water.

I remember one day when I was using a glass jar with water and the glass broke, spilling all the water out on the ground. I instantly became unbelievably thirsty and the next couple of hours were agony waiting for time to eat lunch.

I don't even think about eating unless I am starving. Even then I can still ignore it if I am too busy.

I brought this up a couple of years ago and received advice on how to deal with it.

Mostly, I use reminders. Or at least I used them until I became accustomed to having it as part of my routine. So, I eat at certain times and check for meal plans in the evening (at 6) every day whether I feel hungry or not. It's worked well so far, and is much superior to waiting until I am too hungry to think straight.

I probably should do that....sometimes I forget to eat until my stomach hurts and reminds me.
