I can take dry heat,it relieves my arthritis, but not humidity. It causes my blood pressure to drop and I feel lightheaded, nauseated, and like I'm about to pass out.I don't mind cold at all but like my feet warm of course and I sleep better cold.A year before my divorce I sleep on the porch thru winter(temps in low 20's) bundled in heavy blankets and I slept great. It was better than being near him.I tend to get real depressed if the weather stays overcast, rainy, and chilly. My bones do ache more in winter but I think thats old age.
