CR, you're doing great, as far as I can see. Don't eat any words: anybody with the sense that God gave a goose knows that replies on this forum are not professional opinions, just one representative point of view, and as nearly as I can see, yours are all good ones. "How to be happy as an Aspie" in any kind of complete form, applicable to all Aspies, would take a major book, written by God.

The computer makes me less unhappy, even if it doesn't make me happy.

Being true to myself makes me happy, too. The longer I acknowledge my autism, the less I try to surpress it, unless it somehow violate the rights of others (ie, publicly melting down would violate others' right to feel safe). No need to eat your words at all. :wink:
