I'd send a space ship out to find a new inhabitable planet for the Aspies to live if they wanted. It would be governed by Aspies and be subject to our laws, like noise ordinances, jobs for everyone regardless of the severity of the disability, but set up in such a way that people could still move up the ranks (i.e not outright communism). NT's would be welcome too, as long as they followed our laws, particularly the ones about equality and respect. I'd have parks designed specifically for sensory stimulation (swings, trampolines, giant rubber balls, etc), and there would be no such things as malls, only small shops to keep the crowds and noise levels down. There would be free public transportation in the form of trains that had their own compartments, like the old steam ones to minimize social interaction for those who didn't want it, and all the houses and flats would be built with extra insulation and double-pane glass windows to keep outside noise out. Pets would be allowed in public areas as long as they didn't create an excessive disturbance, and there would be no smoking anywhere on the planet. I would totally love to live in a place like that. It only seems fair that we should get our own planet, considering the NT's pretty much own the earth as it is right now.

Thanks to Olympiadis for my fantastic avatar!
Actually, I don't think you need a whole new planet, but you do need a community. I am thinking something along the lines of Mike Holmes and his new Wind Walk community. It is planned to limit cars, have small shopping areas. park areas, different types of housing and would have Holmes-approved construction to keep the noise down and still be a reasonable price. I agree with that one.
I would also pass a law requiring the world to focus on our positives (gifts, talents, etc.), and less on our negatives. That's dreaming isn't it? But, as this is a theoretical type situation, that's the law I would pass.
It's time to focus on the negatives. Not on praising the "gifts" of those who were lucky enough to be born with them, as they indulge in their unwarranted self-importance. Focus on the negatives, and make someone get rid of them. Make the ones who have lots of positives share them with others.
