It only seems fair that we should get our own planet, considering the NT's pretty much own the earth as it is right now.
Actually, I don't think you need a whole new planet, but you do need a community. I am thinking something along the lines of Mike Holmes and his new Wind Walk community. It is planned to limit cars, have small shopping areas. park areas, different types of housing and would have Holmes-approved construction to keep the noise down and still be a reasonable price.
