I have another scenario. Some autistic children die from drowning because they are fascinated by water. However, being fascinated by water isn't diagnostic of autism, it is only correlated to autism. Maybe it can be said that some children dies from neurodiversity?

Isn't there a form of Autism called Retts in which people do die from?

It is possible to die from epilepsy. (I was lucky I didn't) But it does depend on what you're doing what problems the seizure cause. In my case, I would vomit, luckily, I never choked on my own vomit. And in my fathers' case, he was doing something seemingly normal which could have left him seriously injured. (he was about half an hour away from finishing his shift and driving home the first time and was about to pick up a kettle of boiled water the second time)

Rett's and Autism are completely different.
