Well I like Alex. I'm sure everybody here knows him already from the front page and his other videos with his chums, etc.
However, I don't like Alex that much to see his face on every single WP page! It's like having his poster up on my bedroom wall, gross.
But hey if they swapped that picture for Kristen I wouldn't complain

Um, let's not lose our heads here.
Alex needs to make a living, just like everyone else. And, to do that through speaking engagements and his other stuff he does, he needs to get his name and his face out there. No big deal.
Some people have a lot of free time on their hands.

I'm mild but I am diagnosed, and I probably should have found that offensive; if not for myself then for lots of other wonderful people, but as it happened that was just the comic relief I needed this morning. I had a good laugh at myself.

You know what's gross? Perving over a woman while complaining how gross it is to have to see a guy instead.

Maybe you missed the smiley. Also, nothing pervy about liking attractive members of the opposite sex. Pervy would have been "if they swapped that picture for Kristen in a bikini".

Perhaps I should have said "creepy," but pervy still applies. I mean, you're angry that Alex Plank's picture is on the forum, but you'd be happy to ogle a woman just because you find her pleasing to look at, and said so. That says a lot more about how you view women especially in relation to your own personal gratification than you might think.

I think that the ads are pretty much random or based on posts made to the forums. If Alex Plank is mentioned or simply because his name is on the blogs, etc., his ads appear. If people talk about looking younger than they are, we get the skin peeling lady. If people talk about weight loss, we get the tiny belly ad. So, this thread may actually be contributing to the frequency of the ads in general
