But swastikas are good!

Maybe the symbol should be some type of swastika.

It was inspired somewhat by a sans-serif version of the Hebrew "shin;" but at the same time: I think it is a very strong, powerful, and monolithic symbol (as in: unmovable).

As for swastikas: they're so universal in cultures throughout the world that the Nazis weren't very original when they chose it to represent their ideology; they only managed to give it a terrible connotation, which it will probably have forever.

I like the "backwards shin". It looks like it really means something. It'd look good as a pin or something.

The first stage of empirical problem-solving is to define parameters:

What is the desired function of the symbol? To share pride and belonging amongst ourselves? Or to give the NTs a socially acceptable way to show their attempts to "support" us.

I agree that it's a pity that they used such a pathetically hackneyed symbol. By trying to apply the curebie approach to ASDs, they're implying that we need "curing", we're unacceptable "as is", there's something "wrong" with us, the world would be a better place if ASDs were eradicated like smallpox, etc.

A compromise solution, coopting the CAN symbol, and using an older raised fist symbol.

Utilise the 'Raised Fist' symbol of the Black Panther Party, and then fill the silhouette of the fist with the CAN multicolored jigsaw 'Puzzle'. --It should get the message across quite plainly.

That autism symbol embodies the F word I think. By the way, what is the F word? I've had some confusion recently because I get two different answers. Is it f-ck or is it f-ggot?

Could be both, goatman!

Nobody seems to like my proposed logo... :(

What about using a Mobius loop made to look like an infinity symbol
without the rainbow colors, just grey?

This looks like a combination of Richie's Mobius/infinity symbol, and an idea I haven't posted yet: a planet locked in a translucent box.

That sounds cool! If I had photoshop, I'd make it.
