Do you notice true patterns in the zodiac personality signs?

Astrology is bunkum. I used to glance at the daily horoscopes in the daily paper or online for amusement and noticed that "my" horoscope was never any more accurate or inaccurate than any of the other horoscopes for other signs. They were either too vague and could apply to anyone or specific and generally wrong. Horoscopes have no basis in reality, only the gullible believe in them.

I had a chart done once, by a friend in the military. They said I was an old soul and had been an inhabitant of Atlantis. I didn't really believe in it, but that sounded cool, being an Atlantean and made me feel more important or powerful or something. So I allow myself to pretend there's a .001% chance it just might be true, just for the ego boost. "Stop hogging the aisle in front of the canned soup mere mortal, don't you know I am an Atlantean!!" But what I really wish is that I could make my eyes glow blue and shoot lazers out of them. I mean whats the use of being an Atlantean if you don't have blue lazer eyes? Without that its just the same as saying you are from Newark or Milwaukee.

I guess those predictions are very general and vague, and can be interpreted in various ways to suit whoever wants to believe them. That's how those "fortune tellers" deceive people.
