I also do not want to build my Trapezius muscles as I do not like funny shaped shoulders.

you look fantastic as you are :)
and i think any way you want to sculpt yourself into will be good too

the crazy muscle girls are probably juiced....least thats what it looks like....maybe not some can get muscles like that maybe...i've seen some tall women who are just naturally very strong...however there is often a direct correlation between testosterone and muscle tone of which women have less...so that's why i have a hard time believing the muscles are real...but i try not to judge a book before i read it...but we all do at some point i guess...

I went to my autism support group and said 'I need friends." Of course everyone said they would be my friend, but then I collected numbers and started having coffee with a couple ladies. I live in the U.S. {colorado] but if you lived closer I would love to have you as an honorary daughter or granddaughter and would introduce you to my beautiful daughter-in-law who is also autistic.
If you tell NTs' you want a friend they'll think you're a weirdo. Most autistic people won't but you need to follow through.
I wish so much you lived closer so that you could share the holidays with us.

Why do they think I am weirdo because I want a friend?

i don't know, but that has been my experience. I guess it's an NT rule. but it is not an autistic rule as we tend to value authenticity.

Their rules do not make sense.

I wouldn't mind taking a cup of tea with you, folks. We could make an unbirthday tea party. Happy happy unbirthday to you. :D

Apologies for bluntness: my guess is you come across as "needy".

I think the psychology behind getting friends is, er, to present as not needing/wanting one.
