LOVE pumpkin pie!! !! ! And always have. I was surprised when my husband told me a couple of years ago that most kids don't seem to like pumpkin pie. It was news to me!

I also love mashed potatoes. When I was a kid, I couldn't eat my dinner without mashing EVERYTHING together - my potatoes, vegetables, even my meat. Then I'd cover it all in gravy. Mmmm.

I've always liked soft foods (as long as they had SOME texture - I was never a big jello fan, though I could eat it). I didn't like anything hard, tough, or chewy (raw vegetables, tough meat like steak, taffy). Even now I can only tolerate raw veggies if I have dip or salad dressing to go with them.
