Did you brush your teeth today?

It's good that you brushed your teeth yesterday.

brushing my teeth is such a chore... but so is the other things that are socially required. when i dont have an appointment, i can be just fine wearing day and night the same thing and not tend to hygiene. and an added thing is, when i brush my teeth, the hurt for the day(cavity hurt). some of my cavity fillings came out while i was in a group home almost 2 years ago and i was eating toostie roll after toostie roll (halloween) (and i was hungry and they had locked our kitchen for the night, and it was almost "curfew"(8pm) so i couldnt leave the house to go grab any food). but there are times i forget to even on the days that i should of (brushed my teeth)..

Yeah, I also find simple things to be a chore, like brushing my teeth and showering. I always make sure to be presentable, but often I cut corners with the things that people can't readily see.

I also find making meals to be a real hassle. Also going to the gym. I hate having 18% body fat, especially in the summer. So clean meals and going to the gym every day - it's a real chore - but if I don't do it I'll just keep on feeling icky. I try my best every day, but then there are days when I'm just overwhelmed. It takes a lot of effort to keep on track.

Yes. Several times, in fact. Even used the good ol' floss.

Nevertheless, I think I'm probably going to need more fillings at my next dentist's appointment, which is Monday.

I once went that long without brushing my hair. And I have very long hair, so that was a mess. Teeth and hair are part of my before work/ before bed routine. On days I don't work I may only brush once because I just don't think about it.

I've gone another couple days without brushing. Will brush after this meal.
