Your motorcycle sound woes will all be solved in 10-15 years. By that time motorcycles will mostly be electric and super quiet.
As for me... no, motorcycles don't scare me, but can be very annoying. The sound that I can't stand is gunshots at close range. Doesn't matter whether it's a 12-pounder cannon, flintlock musket, 9-mm pistol, submachine gun, or high-caliber rifle. They're all too loud for my taste.
Don't anticipate ICE vehicles vanishing entirely. As long as there's petrolheads there'll be petrol powered cars making their lovely internal-combustion noises. With any luck, once electrics take over the role powering of transportation appliances the state will see less need to harass the ICE hobby over noise levels and emissions.

Just a reminder: under international law, an occupying power has no right of self-defense, and those who are occupied have the right and duty to liberate themselves by any means possible.
