I can't set my computer chess program at a low enough level so that I can actually beat it. I never get past playing defense. If I try to be aggressive and play offensively, it eats me alive before I get anywhere. I think it's an Executive Function problem. No matter how long I study the board and calculate possible moves, before I do anything, I always miss several vulnerable spots. Its an interesting game, but nothing is fun when you always lose.
