Do you have ADHD?

If so, and you take stimulent medication because it helps, then caffeine should help in the same way.

A CNS stimulent has a paralell effect on people with inattention impulsivness and hyperactivity, although no one really understands why that is.

Well according to the lady who runs the Huddersfield autism support group there's a ton of people with autism and AS round here. She reckons it's something in the water but to be honest I think it's more the fact that it's quiet here but still very convenient for shops, public transport etc.

I know at least 2 others with AS around here (one not very well) and a relative of theirs is autistic (that's outside the support group, which I don't go to regularly).

I didn't grow up around here I'm afraid, I moved here 2 years ago.

Coffee makes me feel relaxed until I pass a certain dosage, at which point I am nuts. 8)

Yep, house-sitting here so live on a big hill with no car, but the landscape is lovely and there's everything I need, plus great bus connections :)

That's very normal for someone with ADD or ADHD
