Anyone else have atypical reactions to medications?

I indeed had atypical reactions to Sertraline. In fact it got so bad that i had to go to the ER after just one week of treatment with it, due to a very severe otitis externa and perichondritis. The chief physician even said that one more day of waiting and i could have lost my hearing ability on the right ear. The cause for this, according to my doctor, was the new medication i was taking.

I've been on quite a few antidepressants before and I have to stop taking them because they produce extreme mental pressure in me - even ones that were supposed to be more gentle, like Zoloft. I also get whole body pain from injections of certain opioids, although it's transitory.

Spamilan makes me sleepy and nodding off even after a half of smallest pill, not to mention a whole one.
After a smallest pill of Parogen I ended up in bed for 3 days with insomnia, stiff muscles, fever and stomach-flu like symptoms.
Coaxil is good for me even by 1/2 of a smallest pill. I am taking 1 pill a day, although doctor prescribed 3 pills a day.
Valerian recommended dosage is 15-30 drops a day. 3 drops were enough to calm me down from a panic attack.
Aviomarin is supposed to start working after 20 minutes. For me it only takes 2-5 mins and it can't be placebo because the first time I taken it I was sure that "drugs can't cure car sickness, it's impossible, why are they even giving it to me?".

Thankfully not. The only thing I have to be careful about with my medication is paying careful attention to oral hygiene. Otherwise, I'm okay.

Not sure if it's on topic or not, but I'm insulin dependent, and have a fast acting insulin with operating instructions that say it acts in fifteen minutes. For me it takes four hours. Consistent, documented over several years.

Abilify stimulated me for the longest time, but suddenly it's making me sleep for 13-16 hours a day so I had to quit it. I HOPE it's the Abilifry-- I mean, Abilify, and not something more serious.
