I think it means would you fully accept the label, and consider it a part of your identity, like your name. I personally wouldn't, I just identify as having "traits", you know, elements of the full disorder without the full disorder.
As for telling people about it, no I rarely do that, except to my one and only neuroatypical friend. And to the above poster I agree, it doesn't impact my life in any way except for planning, memory, and attention, so it's not a big deal in my eyes. Most people my age have IQ's in the 95+ range like me, and if you've ever met an average 20 year old, you'll know that their social skills are pretty average so I blend in just fine. It's only a disorder if you feel it impacts your life majorly.
