I am going to guess that you're possibly on the spectrum as well and maybe you're misreading the responses and the reaction. It seems that you are at least lacking the ability to put yourself in our shoes and to understand what a typical user of this forum likely would be.

This is not a medical / science forum. Most of us have no idea how to get research grants and we're not likely to be able to help you to fund your research. At best you might be able to find some test subjects here but I suspect you'd really need to go through some much more rigorous experimentation before you'd be ready for that.

If you're serious then maybe you should try connecting with some folks at the school where you got your doctorate. It's definitely much more likely that you could find someone to help you navigate the complicated social world that would come with making something like this a reality.

So... now that you've got a serious answer from someone... I'll let the rest of the crowd continue to have their fun because their posts are awesome!! !

You might of started there, instead of asking for resources -- By all means, good doctor, prove away!

To start with, what is this formula? What about it is so rare? What is the mechanism of ASD that you propose to cure? How many documented cures do you have? Have you made any press appearances? BBC, perhaps?

Granted, if you had looked around, you would have seen that already we have at least one member peddling his self-developed "cure" - with no end of push-back - so expect a hard sell.

Speaking of which, where is that fish? Can we get a cure-off or something going here?

Curebie researchers can make applications for research funding to Autism Speaks, which is a rich charity more in line with your aims. I see no point in you continuing here. If your theory and evidence is sound then present it to them.
If it shows great promise of eradicating us, and is scientifically robust, they will probably love it.

Zot I am a Somatologist and I have studied Zoopsychology. I apologize for my previous post, it was immature. Now could you show me your evidence. Assuming this is real it could be the discovery of the century. I think this discovery might even assist my thesis of a symbiotic evolutionary relation between autism and Apis lithohermaea. Tell me if there is anything I can do for you. You see Apis lithohermaea have been shown to have a special connection to Neuro-Divergent individuals. Apis Rex an all male subspecies of Apis lithohermaea that reproduce asexually are currently critically endangered. According to several studies made by renowned researchers (some more than others), homo sapiens inflicted with autism are extremely likely to encounter Apis Rex when applied with
"Suspendisse mel"®. Unfortunately the solution has not been tested with NTs for the time being. Could you please sponsor my obviously hogwash solution to the Apis Rex problem?:D

I've been on a gluten free diet as a celiac for years, so have other affected members of my family. Our celiac symptoms have abated and our gut and skin are much better than in our undiagnosed years. Our AS features are unchanged, in both positives and negatives, and the idea that intestinal cure is the bee-all and end all is shonky.

Actually, whatever you are claiming to have discovered does not sound like a good buy. It actually sounds like a waste of money...

Next time you rush to join a forum, first spend some time learning about its purpose and ethos, read the rules, and be a little bit humble as a new member, instead of arriving with what you think is the answer you assume everyone has been waiting for and you are the bringer of light to the ignorant. Social forums and support forums don't work like that.
