Do you have a negative bias toward NT people in general?

I don't rely on them. For example my dad is an aspie and i feel safer with him than i am with my mom.

I don‘t have any bias towards Nt‘s but I prefer to be with those who are more intelligent, geeky, socially awkward and childish than to be with normies. The problem is, that I only know two other Nd‘s personally.

Geekiness and social awkwardness aren't exclusively ND qualities, I think. Only NTs obviously tend to be less geeky and socially awkward than NDs. I know at least one NT who's sort of socially awkward.

No, pretty much everybody I know in real life is neurotypical.

I feel like I am hating them more and more every day, and I'm thinking I should just become an aspie supremacist. At least I'd actually "be* something and not a useless burden on society like the nts typically think. I'd do things like burn giant puzzle pieces and write "neurotard" and the infinity symbol on people's property.

But then I wouldn't be any better than the people in all the other many hate groups in the world, and it would remind me that I'm (urgh) human. :(

No. The word 'neurotypical' rarely enters my mind unless I'm posting here.

I feel the same as you and I think your dislike for NTs is quite justified given that this group is usually the first to bully the mentally disabled. You're not becoming an Aspie supremacist or anything you're just trying to spare yourself from the inevitable persecution from that NT group. Bullying will always plague Autistics, it's a fact of life I'm afraid.

I think our strategy should simply be to avoid NTs when we can but leave out the hate part and just accept the fact that NTs will most likely bully you if you give them the chance.

There's no reason to hate the storm on the horizon, you just avoid it.

:D

Definitely. When I was a teenager, I wanted nothing more than to have relationships with other people. However, over time, the repeated rejections (coupled with growing up in an abuse home) made me develop a pretty intense loathing for NTs. In my opinion, NTs are relatively simple minded creatures who cannot grasp complicated topics, engage in pointless social rituals and judge/reject anyone who does not engage in said pointless social rituals.

When not defining NT just as someone not autistic, yes. There is an NT type I call hyper NT that honestly drives me nuts.

They are obsessed with social customs, tend to be outgoing but private, because their neurotype is the one the world revolves around they have it easy but don't know it, and think those who cannot succeed trying their advice just aren't trying hard enough, They often passive aggressively block conflict (Autistic people that don't like conflict are much more direct), Have a strong herd mentality, are stubborn but don't know it, Have a lack of understanding on what it means to struggle and how people react to that, rarely say as they mean, and just don't make sense.

I do not trust such people. They seem manipulative and dishonest to me. But I think it is more of a case of that type of person being the most different from me and vise versa, so I try to have understanding.
