The truth is life sucks for most people, and even more for disabled people. Most people are only happy because of optimism bias. A survival mechanism of the human species to not freak out at the horrifying reality, especially in ancient times.

If you can come up with "optimism bias," you can probably get a job somewhere.

I wish I knew the guy. Very few people at age 19 are hopeless. And many 19 year olds fall into a trap of depression.

What are you interested in, Fos? Are you interested in psychology, in autism?
