You're welcome. I had the feeling when I was writing that I wasn't telling you anything that you hadn't already worked out for yourself. I've found that burn-outs always make my tendency to ruminate much worse, and breaking out of "analysis paralysis" is essential before I can take any practical action to remedy the situation. I'm glad to hear that you've won one little battle at least; each one that you win will relieve a little bit of the pressure that's burning you out, leaving you a little stronger for the next one (I think you probably already knew that, too!)
