Woo Hoo - my sessions with my psychologist are working!! ! I've felt so much better in the last couple of weeks.

If only everyone could come to Brisbane to see the brilliant Ivy Gomez (she works at Tony Attwood's clinic).

Regard
Helen

Sorry to drag out an old thread lol... Ok ok how you're feeling will make you choose different answers on occasion... but anyways - this is what I got now...

When it comes to disorders, you can get them when things mess up the wiring in your brain... events have really REALLY messed with my brain and it's been horrible. I wouldn't be at all surprised if this is the toll it's taken... from just theory of possible Cyclothymia to possibly Bipolar... I am interested in Bipolar... I'm interested in mental differences in general... I don't know how to react really lol...

soz to drag out an old thread.

Sometimes old thread are useful :D

Okay, I tested myself and my results are below.

As a little background info, I've had three major depressive episodes (lasting at least a couple of years) so far in my life, including two unsuccessful suicide attempts. Right now I'm pulling up out of a depressive tailspin (thanks in part to a post here from IcarusFalling) so I don't feel depressed at all and life is fine compared to how it has been.

However my results say

Major Depression: High
Dysthymia: Extremely high
Bipolar: Slight
Cyclothymia: Slight
SAD: Moderate
PP Depression: N/A

Jeez! And I'm feeling pretty good just now
