I hope she goes pretty far, and it would be nice if she wins. This is a good thing that she's on the show as she's showing that not all Aspies are homocidal maniacs.

wow, don't jinx it! maybe she does become one!

She's the dream of every Aspie male on earth... I can recognize that she speaks a bit unclearly when she's nervous, I have that problem too.

It would be a bit cool that the next potential America's Next Top Model is an Aspie but do you think she really has Aspergers or that the producers of the show dubbed it into her speech?

Oh I think her AS is real, but I also think that they used that as one of the reasons to put her on the show, it will draw ratings, but I do not think that is the only reason she got on, I do believe she stands a legitimate chance at winning. Her posture is the biggest drawback, but that will also work for her on photo shoots if they are wanting some kind of weird "high fashion" pose. I'm excited about it and I hope she does well and that it brings some public awareness that is positvie!

It was blatantly obvious that they used the AS as a hook.

I agree, they promoted even before the first episode, which is why I believe it helped her to get on the show, but if it brings a positive awareness to the general public then I am fine with that!

Affirmative action at work, guys, but her arms are very scrawny.

True. Either way, it shows that there are people who exist with AS outside of the internet.

but I am glad she did well. I think she was set up some though when her first photo shoot was with another person and they had to know that would be difficult for her, but she pulled it off. I think they were "acting" some too when a couple on the panel didn't know about her AS. Was it Mr./Ms. J ???? The other girls didn't waste any time talking about her behind her back either, which is what I hate about reality shows!

The other girls are SUCH b*****s! Except Victoria (I think that's her name anyway), whom I'm rooting for along with Heather. They only time they were shown talking to her and not just about her was when they were asking her "What's it like to have Asperger's? How does it feel?" ! ! grrrrrrrrrrr
