I can recognize peoples faces very quickly, but I have difficulty picking up facial expression. This may be poor or below average.

My first diagnosis was Semantic Pragmatic Disorder, Nonverbal learning disorder combined diagnosis by a neurologist when I was 6 or 7. This was changed to PDD-NOS recently.
6. At what age did you begin speaking? Early (11 months or under), average (12-15 months), late average (16-23 months), or late (24+)? No clue to be honest. It may have been 25 months or 18 months. Never been given a definate answer, just know it was later, but not extremely late.

7. Did you have pronounced echolalia as a child?
No.

I am utterly bemused and confused regarding this resurrection...whatever was the point?

Necromancer, why not just start a thresh thread rather than raising the dead?

Do you also dig up dead relatives to try to carry on conversations from when they were alive rather than simply finding someone else to strike up a new conversation with?

It's the thread (not sophist) that was dead (and has now arisen).

So you think the necromancer saw sophist elsewhere and then......I guess searched their user name on here (surely this thread would have been buried under a ton of more recent threads)? I suppose it's not impossible, although still a bit odd.

I know that you meant the thread, but it doesn't work that way. A thread can still be functioning well even if it's resurrected, unlike a dead person. So I think that as long as the OP of this kind of thread is still around, it's not a big deal. I agree that it's kind of odd, nevertheless.

My diagnosis of my autism is PDD-NOS (Pervasive Developmental Disorder - Not Otherwise Specified)
First it was severely autistic at 2 1/2 years old (1997) by the speech therapist, then PDD-NOS at 5 1/2 years old (2000) by the Neurologist. I may could be an Aspie because I have HFA, which I'm seemed like having symptoms of Asperger's Syndrome because I have 3 symptoms, Noise Sensitivity, Repetitive Speech, and Poor Social Skills.

I started speaking at 5 1/2 years old. (2000)

I was first diagnosed with a speech & language disorder by a developmental paediatrician at the age of 3. The paediatrician then suggested that I should be tested for Fragile X syndrome to account for my developmental delays, but the results came back negative. A clinical psychologist diagnosed me with a classical form of Asperger's syndrome when I was 5 years old.

Single words at 18 months, followed by communicative phrases (one-sided and pedantic) just before the age of 4 years.

6. I spoke around 14 months, but the speech was not particularly functional until I learned to read around age 3.5.

7)well I thought I didn't have echolalia at all but then someone told me that repeating stories that were read to me verbatim - going around reciting them is delayed echolalia- if so then I had pronounced delayed echolalia- but didn't have immediate at all.

Early speech, but with motor planning issues

I don't know how much, but I know I still have some now, so I'm assuming I had it then.
