It's not the aspies, just the humans, cats make sense.

Any group of humans has the same problem, with aspies it is just obvious.

Pick six people at random, form a world class company, that can compete with it's German and Japanese rivals.

Effective human action takes a script. Common goal, segments of goal, and humans who can produce the segments, without letting the rest of themselves get in the way.

This call may be monitored because we have found that some of our employees spend their days trying to drive away customers, and kill the company, because they broke up with someone, and have no one but us to take it out on.

Cubicals and open offices are because you have to watch them every minute.

Aspies react to the way other aspies act and dress even more than, an NT would, or they would with an NT.

Aspie, Culture of One!

It does work where the segments are limited and well defined, their entire self can produce the segment, their way, and it is best if I never see them, nor they me.

Staying within the realities of the people you are dealing with, there are two times, soon, and in a while.

Create deadlines in any business, and people will go right to work, on their excuse of why they missed the deadline, and how it was not their fault, even if they have to poor coke in the main server, and pull fire alarms.

Meet in a park, sometime between noon and dark. Some would watch from fifty yards, like lurkers here, maybe come closer after a few weeks. Social Aspies? We have some development to do. Bring cookies.

Groups form around common goals, and Aspies do not have common goals. The Culture of One does fit in existing structures. Aspie teamwork does not exist, two people may work on the same thing, but are only a team where the edges meet.

Taking each as a Culture of One, they do produce great work. Like all workers, someone else has to structure the work, and market the product.

Business leadership is aspie, self centered, goal directed, and not social. The main thing is the Business Plan. Show me something that can be done. Then it takes a structure to do it. The structure is broken into segments, and each given to whoever can do it best.

Accounting thinks Marketing is a bunch of sex workers, and the Art Department Hippies, Production calls them all Office Workers, and Management is the art of keeping them apart.

If given the chance the company will be turned into a Soap Oprah, a Sports Betting Pool, and will do anything but work. They decorate their cubical like cats spray the drapes, and spend all their effort in marking terratory. Companies move and restructure to break up human patterns.

The entire thing is to keep them from acting like themselves.

The natural habitat of aspies is home in their room on the computer. It is why WP works so well.

Take them as a Culture of One, and they are great. They are talented, hard working, and they do come through. They are very good at what they care about, and useless for anything else.
