For all i know, AS is nothing more than a hypothetical construct, arrived at by cherry-picking from the wide spectrum of neurodiverse traits to arrive at a stereotype. A stereotype that may be telling us more about cultural bias in 40s austria (?), than human neurology, iyswim.
