One other suggestion, you may be able to interest the ACLU in the case, especially under the American's With Disabilities Act, or something along those lines. We never had to go that far, my youngest son had I don't know HOW many police reports filed on him by the school, before they finally admitted he qualified and sent him to the program equipped to HELP him. Now several years later he is almost mainstreamed. Our older son got into the program over a year later than his brother and has already been mainstreamed back into the high school. As many times as they filed a report, the local Prosecuting Attorney never once even bothered to call us in to discuss it. All of them were passed over and never went to court. Good luck, if the ACLU won't get involved, checking with the closest law school is a GREAT idea. Professor's at a law school may take on a case like this involving disability to use it in the classroom.
