Do you ever sound incoherent?

I have trouble explaining things or putting things into words. This really pisses me off. Worst thing is that I can't even put into words why I can't put things into words.

Every time people say they understand what I mean, I never trust that because I'm insecure about being misunderstood, since I suck at explaining things.

I tend to stammer or stutter when trying to explain something and I mix up words frequently. I also forget the simplest words and have to pause and try to remember them. I think that confuses people since I'm usually told I'm very good with words.
