Ha, I still win.

Seems like most here got around 18. It's much easier to read faces when the person remains still long enough to decipher. Not to mention, no talking or extra movements/gestures.

I guessed on most of them since "constipated" wasn't an option ;)

I though the second might have been an some sort of pre-cognition/ESP type test...?

The second one I find especially interesting as there you see the expression only for half a second or so, so that seems closer to reality in a way.
I got 20 right on the first one (with lots of guessing though) and most wrong on the second.

I got 20 on the first one. But I put that down to bad acting! I really couldn't differentiate between contempt and disgust. Got 7 on the second one.

I didn't get any fear, and I didn't even know what they meant by contempt :P I got 16...:(

14 on the first: I had trouble differentiating surprise and fear, and anger, disgust, and contempt.

Just two on the second.

Ick.

On the first, I got:

Joy - 4/4 - 21 percent of the present probands have recognized less joy-affects than you.
Fear - 0/4 - You got mostly mixed up between fear and surprise. 0 percent of the present probands have recognized less fear-affects than you.
Disgust - 0/4 - You got mostly mixed up between disgust and anger. 0 percent of the present probands have recognized less disgust-affects than you.
Surprise - 4/4 - 71 percent of the present probands have recognized less surprise-affects than you.
Anger - 1/4 - You got mostly mixed up between anger and contempt. 11 percent of the present probands have recognized less anger-affects than you.
Sadness - 1/4 - You got mostly mixed up between sadness and fear. 10 percent of the present probands have recognized less sadness-affects than you.

I got six out of ten right on the other test.
