What qualifies as preemie here anyway? 37 weeks or less?

I have an ex-boyfriend (who is a bit of an NPDer)..who was born late and feet-first, with his cord around his neck (on Friday, June 13 1975)....um...I guess he is somewhat of an NT, as he is Extremely social and outgoing to a rediculous degree...BUT is also dyslexic and left-handed and has a photograpic memory...he also has delayed emotional maturity.....like me...

I had a point...there somewhere...

I was supposed to be born on July 6th but I was born 12 days later.

My joke about it is I didn't want to leave my world so I tried staying inside when my mother was trying to deliver me and I got myself stuck and that was how I became a very sick baby and I didn't come home till I was five days old. I almost died too.

hmmm... I thought about this more seriously befor as I almost died too. About what the brain's response is if the first experience/impression of life is one of total confusion and fighting for survival. Does it force the brain into creating a neurodiverse pattern... Sorry, totally off the topic

I was due on Valentine's Day, but was born four days late.

I had a very short and non-traumatic birth, too. According to my mom, I was out before the obstetrician had both of his gloves on. No complications for/with me.

I was born on the day I was due, though I did keep mother waiting all day then it was all over and done with in a few hours :D

Apparently my head looked too big for my body and I had some kind of extra lump on my back, but otherwise an ordinary baby.

Your birthday is the same as my mom's.

Birth-days topic

I find this head size thing odd. Smacks of phrenology.

Children are usually born when it is time for them to be born. Of course, if the gestational length is too short, then the child will not survive (before 22 weeks).

I was induced because they were worried about my mother- my brother stayed in for nearly a extra month- they were worried I would too.

I dont think I was going just sit there for a month though. Annoying brother- messing up my birth schedule.
