It all depends. Sometimes I wear just what I wore earlier that day, and sometimes I wear pajamas. This all depends on how lazy I am and what the temperature in here is.

X-tra large t-shirt and either large flannel PJ bottoms or sweat shorts depending on the weather.

usually wear a pair of pajma pants and whatever shirt I happen to have on... sometimes I change into one of my oversized T-shirts I like to sleep in but most of the time I just wear whatever shirt I wore that day and will continue to wear (under various sweatshirts/Jackets) to the next few days or so. My little sister sleeps fully dressed blue jeans and all... personally I don't find my blue jeans comfortable to sleep a whole night in they are okay for a nap but that's it.

I have nightgowns, boxer shorts/t-shirts and pajamas--- what I wear depends on how cool/hot the house is, mainly. All my nightware is comfortable, non-itchy and non-constricting, and breathable fabric. I can not sleep in uncomfortable clothes. Of course, sometimes I'll sleep without any on at all--- but it's usually one of the 3 combos listed above.

When I worked as a CNA, I wore white scrubs I will often use them as PJs when going to bed.

During the colder months, I sleep in sweat pants, and during the warmer months, I sleep in pajama shorts (there are no in-between months in Ohio). All year, I sleep in an old stained t-shirt as a top (except in 90+ degree weather, where I just skip the shirt).

Lately, I've been sleeping in a huge gray sweatshirt and a pair of blue sweat pants from the 80's. Or thermals. When it's above 50F at night, I just wear boxers.

PJ bottoms with whatever t-shirt I've been wearing lately.

The real question is when will I decide to put my jeans back on?

Nothing. Wearing things in bed is uncomfortable. Loose clothing would get pulled around when I turn. Underwear is pointless, and it would just keep the little boys warmer than they should be.

I wouldn't be comfortable going to sleep naked. I wear comfy clothes to bed, but I still feel more secure feeling like I can jump out of bed and run outside if I have to. I'd probably end up having all those horrible going to school/work naked nightmares also. Besides what if you start sleepwalking??

PJ's.
Long cotton pants, cotton t-shirt and if it's cold, a thick jersey.

For sensory reasons, I sleep in cotton pajamas only (even though they're a bugger to iron). In summer, I wear short-sleeved and -legged pajamas to bed.
