How forthcoming are you about your diagnosis?

In my case, it's worth telling people otherwise I'll probably be seen under presumptive eyes (I have been); presumptions are never accurate, and they're usually laced in a negative light. Whilst it's "wrong" for people to judge others by how they appear, I don't wish to ever be singled out by law enforcement if something happens around here; I wouldn't be able to handle it.

We all know how the, doesn't talk, nor looks at people; walks and lives as if he's in his own world, lives with his mother, doesn't know anyone in person around here, etcetera, is seen as by people.
