Do you have a unique way of moving your body?

When I first started doing it (Idunno what age, but I was pretty young), I thought it was cool, I was being like a sneaksy thief. I would try to be as quiet as possible, and I'd try to memorize where the squeaky floorboards were so I could avoid them.
In actuality, I'm a lot more silent if I do a smooth heel-to-toe movement, but I still do the toewalking constantly. I try to stop myself now if I notice it, since I know it's not good for the tendons. At least I don't do it with shoes on.
