In other words, touch over-stimulates the nervous system. The visible reaction is the pain experienced.

I guess it would really depend on whether or not the problems is neurologically based or behavioral.

Actually, my biggest issue with touch is saliva, which totally grosses me out. If someone licks their fingers, I get all grossed out about them touching me anywhere. It makes me nervous for when I get a boyfriend because the idea of kissing is gross to me.

Actually, the idea of french kissing is kind of uncomfortable to me. When I actually did try french kissing it didn't feel good to me at all, and I just kept laughing because I felt really awkward. o_0

I think its wierd to kiss as well....and my husband IS french  . I just do it because he likes it....it does nothing for me and sometimes too much is even kinda yucky. I also dont like to be kissed on the cheeks and I dont like to be touched by people who I dont have a strong bond to. Visiting my husbands family is pure hell for me. Imagine a bunch of people who youve never met touching you and kissing your cheeks....AHHHHHHHHHHHH!
