it is unbearable for me. I suffer myself to talk to one person on the phone regularly and attempt clumsily to have decent conversations, but it is because I don't see them often enough.

Otherwise...I would much prefer to never have to use the phone. Even talking to people I know makes me overwhealmed and cranky...and I hate it...
