Everyone mentions toewalking. Is this what causes the bounce in the Aspie walk I have

I only walk on my toes when not wearing shoes or at least walk in reverse to the heel toe thing, more of a toe-heel.
As to the finger thing, it looks to me like a picture reference to womens' hands. So... I had fingers
