lol what a coincidence i made a topic about some strange half sleep halucination i had last night
i also have the feeling of seeing things in the dark its not something scary just strange its like my mind forms images in the dark

On one hand she probably thought it was unpleasant but on another hand, you are probably right about your suspicions... we ALL have some deep dark secrets that we plan on only carrying with us to our graves

it sounds to me like you were dealing with familiar spirits also known as demons. Infact, they like the dark and hate anything that deals with light. Actually, I am a Christian and have some knowledge about some of these things as I have been attacked several times. Usually when someone has things like demons and hauntings, it's usually because someone who had been living there before had been playing with the occult. Things like quiji boards, tarot cards and satanism can lead to attacks like that. In addition, you don't always see thhing but you can have creepy feelings that there are evil spirits at work. Igor, I have dealt with harrassment from things like this before. One time, I was alseep in a dorm room alone and this was the night before 9/11. And it was 11:00 at night and I heard this very creepy whisper as loud as can be saying, "Dark day!" So be careful.
In other words, the enemy love anything dark and anything negative.

Man I am freaked out, I should not have read all that demon stuff, especialy since it is night, I will need to read some more positive things to balance it out. On the site I also found something very familiar to my experience, geez I cant forget it now, it felt like the lord of all darkness, something beyond human. I admit that to not feel afraid of these suposed dark feeling again by telling myself that I control the dark, but remembering it again, how could I compete with it.

The simularities that I read were a sudden chill then as if your head is on auto move it looks towards a direction and then a total feeling of pure fear. Someone else claimed to see it as a person but mine was bad enough.

oh gosh dont even get me started on supernatual stuff. I have ghosts in my house 247. First doors open randomly, u hear ppl walking, ur hear ppl talking, my ipod turns on sometimes by itself, tv switches channels, a lot of wierd stuff happens thats veryyyy creepy. On top of that, theres a woman who hangs outside my bedroom, you see her outline in the line yet, i dont know where the heck the light is coming from when all doors closed, shades down, lights off, has to be dark with me anywhere in the house. Also my cross moves by itself on my wall. We've had things disappear in the house randomly. It gets very cold sometimes and you can feel ppl brushing up against you walking by, your hair stands up on your arms and your back of your neck, sometimes your see them, sometimes you only hear them, sometimes you only feel them. I see my brother and father sometimes, get kisses, hugs, and etc. I have been punched, saw black images, like bad spirits, been followed before. I have had sleep paralysis plenty of times. I've seen some crazy stuff in my life, ill tell ya that. I can go on allllllllllllllll day telling ppl stories about what goes on just in my house, i can go on alllllllllllllllllllll week just telling you stories of what happened to me outside of the house.

Maybe you are an epicenter, the term was often put towards poltergeist hauntings where it was found that often it seemed to stem around one person, often around a child. At least no one has had any of those, they included things such as badgers apearating out of no where, violent moving items and even spontaneous combustion.

I had sleep paralysis almost every night from 80/82-97. Is/was it painful for you? I experienced level 8 pains with this (on the doctors scale of 1-10).

I've seen flying stuff-but, I can't call it unexplained.

The most unusual sight I've had was of something like a white quttich (ntot a harry potter buff) ball. I had been watching a silver flicker high up in the sky on a clear sunny day from the pool where I was just sort of checking out/zoning. And it were watching me. It seemed to be surprised that I could see it. It'd move one way. I'd watch it. It'd move another way. I'd watch it. It were very high up-to my perceptions. I thought it were higher than airplanes fly. But I don't have a good education to say what sphere. It'd move a 180 from it's position. I'd watch it. It was one of the most pleasant days I can remember having, actually. When after about an hour and a half of it moving about a spherical styrofoam ball about the size of a a mid size man's fist (accompanied with a sound I can't describe as being audible at all-as like telephone lines buzzing or insect legs rubbing on magnify-not quite like a fly) came out from no where on my left above me at a speed I couldn't gauge other than fast- acrossed me a few feet up (at this point I was just in a center of the pool back float looking skyward), paused, and zipped off.

I 'heard' it. Then it was there. Then it was off. All in about a blink-and a half for it's pause.
Really weird.

I thought 'what a cool camera' and wondered how it could 'see' because it was white and appeared solid. What else could it be? I also thought why send it as they obviously had the technology to see me from where they were or we wouldn't have been playing Peek-A-Boo. So then I thought, what a nice gift. Maybe it was guaging my reaction. I was....surprised.

Why hope for diamonds and riches when you have a peek into the possibilities of science?
Anyways. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

The Fact Remains. I live in the U.S. There is both air and army bases not 5 miles from me.
Why wouldn't have what I've seen be explainable. It's airspace. The TA and the Govt just don't want a traffic jam so they keep all the fun stuff to themselves. Period. The Jetsons.

My job takes me to many different buildings and houses. I have never experienced anything supernatural or paranormal. However twice in my life I have seen the same person twice further down the road. No it wasn’t the same person on both times but the same person on each occurrence. In fact on one of the times that it happened the person I was walking with noticed it also and commented. The person that I saw could not possibly have ran or biked past us because I would have noticed it. The only possibility would be that he may have hitched a ride for one block but that seems very unlikely. I would like to know if anyone else has had a similar experience. As far as people seeing ghosts and spirits, I think it is a form of mild schizophrenia that some people have but don’t know they do; kind of like John Nash. It seems to me that if there were ghosts or spirits they would try to be as apparent as possible instead of hiding like leprechauns, and as for aliens or UFOs; any race advanced enough to conquer interstellar travel would not waste his time hanging around Earth for even a second. When was the last time you went out of your way to observe some ants?

awww dont freak out, i see weird demon like creatures, even saw the devil couple times, had extremely wierd hurtful stuff happen to me randomly and unexplainable, but i just try to let it be, and move on. Dont play much into though, try to ignore those thoughts, think of angels coming to visit you, think of happy things. I'm sorry i hope my post didnt upset you either.

I'm 100% sceptic and don't believe in any mumbo-jumbo. I've had strange experiences that I cannot explain though (things that most people would probably call "supernatural") but I believe that one day we''l get a scientific explanation for those.

a few weeks ago I was *sure* that someone was in my apartment as I heard footsteps and other weird sounds for 3 nights in a row (checked the whole place thoroughly, it was empty). when I decided to finally go to a shrink and tell him to please lock me up cause I'm hearing things that don't exist I found a cricket the size of my palm in one of the rooms. turned out it was him all along making the creepy sounds and every time he jumped he made noise like somebody walking.

that's how I believe the "ghost stories" come to be ;p
